 硬蓋車房帳篷問題

有鑑於本苑業戶加建硬蓋車房帳篷有日益增加之趨勢，管理處謹此重申此等硬
篷乃屬違例僭建物/擴建物。 兼且硬篷遇強風時易受吹脫，硬篷支柱亦阻礙鄰
居開車門, 經常有鄰居在泊車/倒車時撞倒支柱, 容易全幅倒下 (曾經發生過),  對
居民及財物構成潛在危險 !

而屋宇署經常派員到本苑巡視，對此種僭建情況亦非常關注，並會按情況起訴
有關業戶。  

 因此管理處將會竭力阻止硬蓋車篷之僭建。希望業戶體諒及支持，共同維護本
苑之優雅居住環境。

 Dear Sirs/Madams,

 Erection of Illegal Fixed Carport Tents

 With respect to the captioned carport tents being increasingly built by owners/residents of Marina Cove recently, Management Office would like to advise all owners/residents that this kind of carport tents are illegal structures. Moreover, these carport tents may be blown down in storm/strong wind endangering lives and causing damages to properties of our estate.   Besides, the Building Department conducts inspection of illegal structures in our estate very often and may take legal proceedings against some owners in this regard.

 Therefore, Management Office will try all means to prevent any illegal fixed carport tents being built in the future. Your understanding and support to the above would be highly appreciated.  Let us cooperate to upkeep the nice environment of our estate!
