 有關一期及A段由供應商按時加添筒裝石油氣的計劃，管理處已義務與本苑之石油氣供應商「嘉富石油有限公司」商討取得以下優惠條件，供業戶考慮是否採用：

  1.          安裝費包括借出石油氣錶 / 自動交換器 / 膠喉         $500

2.          石油氣錶按金                                                               $800

3.          24小時緊急維修及檢查費 (每月)                                          $10

4.          基本月費                                                                            $10

5.          每度石油氣 (一立方米)                                                     $28

6.          每星期一次巡視及更換氣瓶                                             --

 L-P Gas Supply for Stage I & Section A

Regarding the proposal of regular supply of L-P gas cylinder by gas company directly to houses in Stage I and Section A, Management Office has successfully negotiated with the estate’s present supplier, Calley Rich Petroleum Ltd. and obtained the following favorable terms :

1.          Installation charges                                                                                    $500

(including lending of L-P gas meter / auto change over / rubber hose)                    

2.     L-P gas meter Deposit                                                                                   $800

3.     24 hours urgent repair and regular checking service (monthly charges)     10

4.     Basic monthly charges                                                                                       10

5.     L-P gas per cu.m.                                                                                            28

6.     Weekly checking and changing of L-P gas cylinder, if necessary                   --
