 派發家居垃圾桶

 本管理處為業戶訂購之垃圾桶已於日前送達本苑。為免垃圾桶蓋易於飛脫及遺失，本苑之維修技工連日來忙於將垃圾桶及蓋加上相連繩索。此外，為免引起混淆，他們並在垃圾桶上油上屋號，以資識別。

 管理處將於下星期分段派發垃圾桶給已申請之業戶，屆時會有專人將垃圾桶送上府上。管理處謹此重申垃圾桶使用需知：

         1.      垃圾桶只在收垃圾時段 (上午十時，下午四時及晚上十時) 置放屋前並蓋上垃圾桶蓋，收完垃圾後必須取回屋內。

2.      垃圾桶須小心置放和遇強風時切不可置放屋外，如因此引致之一切財物損失和人身損傷，管理處概不負責。

3.      管理處有權修改或終止此項服務。

 Dear Sir/Madam,

 Distribution of Garbage Bins

 Please be informed that the garbage bins for our residents have been delivered to our estate recently.  In order to avoid lost of lid, our technical team has been busy in adding a rope on each lid to link with the bin.  Moreover, they have painted house number on each bin in order for residents to distinguish the bins from neighbors’.

 Management Office will distribute the garbage bins to residents by section on next week. Please note that we will deliver the garbage bins to residents who have applied before.  Management Office would like to remind residents of the followings :

 1.      Garbage bin will only be put at the front door during the garbage collecting time (i.e. 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. & 10:00 p.m. daily)

2.      Under typhoon or strong wind, No garbage bin is allowed to put outside the house.  Management Office is not responsible for any damages or personal injuries in this respect.

3.      Management Office has the right to alter or terminate this service.
