             車閘感應咭使用須知

(一)使用方法：

(a) 進入本苑(入閘)

1.   將車輛停在閘前，並靠近感應器。

2.        將咭給感應器識別(約400 mm以內)。

3.        當閘桿完全昇起後，可以通過。

(b) 離開本苑(出閘)

1.   將車輛停在閘前，並靠近感應器。

2.        將咭給感應器識別後，按密碼﹝XXXX﹞+ # 號。

3.        當閘桿完全昇起後，可以通過。

(二)由於感應咭設有防護功能，必須有一出一入或一入一出﹝例如用咭出閘後，

要用回該咭入閘；入閘/出閘相同﹞，否則將會被拒絕通過。

(三)如使用有困難，可通知守閘員協助。

(四)為免感應咭損壞，請勿將咭重壓或屈曲。

(五)為保安理由起見，請勿將咭留在車內或給予外人使用。

 正式使用車閘感應咭

  1.      本苑新安裝的車閘感應咭系統，將於下月正式使用。為著方便發咭工作的安排起見，敬請業戶按照以下日期，分段到管理處領用感應咭：

段數              領咭日期

(一)   一期, 湖景 及 湖暉            2001年4月2日至 4月4日    

(二)   A, C, D, E, F 及 H段            2001年4月6日至 4月9日

(三)    G, J 及 K段                        2001年4月10日至 4月12日  

           

2.      感應咭費用

(一)      按金                ：        每張HK$100 (當退還咭時將會退回)

(二)      首二張咭        ：        免費 (但仍要交按金每張HK$100)

(三)      第三張咭以上：        每張HK$200 (另加按金每張HK$100)

有關費用，業戶領用咭時，請一併交付支票，抬頭請寫『匡湖居業主立案法團』。

 3.      發咭後，由於業戶可用咭經感應器識別，自動昇起閘桿，因此自下月18日(2001年4月18日)開始，閘口保安員將不再為進入本苑車輛昇起閘桿，敬希垂注。

 4.      有關使用細則，將隨發咭時一併提供予業戶參閱。

  Dear Sirs/Madams,

 Proximate Card

 1.      The proximate card system for our estate will be in use in April 2001. For our job arrangement, Management Office would like to have your cooperation in collecting the card(s) according to the following time table :

 

Section                                                                       Collecting date

Stage I, Panoramic Rises, Dioramic Rises          2nd – 4th April 2001      

A, C, D, E, F & H                                    6th – 9th April 2001 

      G, J & K                                                            10th – 12th April 2001

 

2.      Proximate card charges

Card deposit               :  HK$100 each (refundable when card returned)

1st and 2nd card              :   free of charge (HK$100 deposit for each card)
3rd card or above : HK$200 each (HK$100 deposit for each card)

Please send us your cheque when collecting card(s), all cheques should be
 payable to “The Incorporated Owners of Marina Cove”

 

3.      By using of the proximate cards, residents can raise up the drop barrier at the entrance by themselves  So, for security purpose, commencing from 18th April 2001, our estate's gate-keepers will no longer lift up the drop barrier for car(s).

 4.   User guide will be issued together with proximate card(s).
