2008匡湖居中秋嘉年華暨業主周年大會
為與業戶共賀中秋佳節，匡湖居業主立案法團於二零零八年十月十一日﹝星期六﹞舉行「匡湖居中秋嘉年華暨業主周年大會」，當日場面非常熱鬧，出席嘉賓包括立法會議員劉慧卿女士、西貢區議會議員邱戊秀先生、香港警務處西貢分區助理指揮官(行政)
陳昌發高級督察、香港警務處黄大仙區警民關係組社區聯絡主任許漢榮警長、西貢民政事務處聯絡主任主管(白沙灣)鄭仲恩女士、聯絡主任(白沙灣)畢敏緻女士及西貢區社區中心總幹事譚景華先生撥冗蒞臨，令大會生色不小。
是次活動能完滿及順利舉行，實有賴各業戶鼎力支持。我們謹在此多謝受封路影響的D1至D24號屋之業戶，亦十分多謝當日西頁區社區中心的各義工及協助攤位遊戲之匡湖居青少年義工的協助。最後，業主立案法團多謝管理公司全力協助籌辦是次活動，與各業戶鼎力支持並參與當日活動和會議，使之得以完滿結束。有關主席報告的詳細內容可登入屋苑網頁www.marinacove.org.hk

Festival Carnival and Annual General Meeting 2008
To celebrate the Mid Autumn
Festival with all residents, the Incorporated Owners of Marina Cove
organized the Marina Cove Mid-Autumn Festival Carnival and Annual General
Meeting on 11th October 2008 (Saturday). Our honorable guests
included Ms Emily LAM Wai-hing, the LegCo Member, Mr. HIEW Moo-siew, the
Member of Sai Kung D.C., Mr. CHAN Chong-fai, the Senior Inspector of
Assistant Divisional Commander (Administration) of Sai Kung Division,
Mr. HUI Hon-wing, the Sergeant of Neighborhood Police Co-coordinator
Police Community Relations Office of Wong Tai Sin District, Ms CHENG Chung-yan,
the Liaison Officer-in-charge (PSW), Ms. PUT
Man-chi, the Liaison Officer (PSW) of Sai Kung District Office Home Affairs
Department and Mr. TAM King-wai, the Chief Executive of Sai Kung District
Community Centre.
The event was successfully
completed with the kind participation and support of all residents. We
express our special thanks to owners of D1 to D24 who facilitated the
roadblock arrangement on that night. In addition, many thanks to volunteers
of Marina Cove and Sai Kung District Community Centre who assisted us to
manage the game stalls. Finally, the Incorporated Owners would like to thank
the Management Company in assisting the activities and also the support from
