五、       要求在二零零一年七月份內選舉第六屆管理委員會*

                  NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
 OF THE INCORPORATED OWNERS OF MARINA COVE

 The Management Committee of the Incorporated Owners of Marina Cove hereby convene an Extraordinary General Meeting pursuant to S8 and Third Schedule of the Building Management Ordinance.

 Date: 23^rd July, 2001 (Monday)

Time: 8:30 p.m.

Venue: The Open Area next to the Management Office

 Agenda and Proposed Resolutions:

 1            Immediately freezing the “Management Company Contract Tender” *

2            Renewing contract with the current management company (Guardian Property Management Limited) for two years upon the same terms *

3            Resolving the hiring of management company

4            Resolving replacement of Nos 1 and 2 gate

5            Requesting the election of the 6^th management committee within July *
